What is the difference between thinking and believing
Thoughts are not beliefs
If we absolutely believe, we alter destiny. If we’re not believing, we truly aren’t actively moving toward our desire whatsoever. We’re just thinking favorably regarding outcomes wanting it. Beliefs cause people to become energetic and take action while merely thinking or contemplating ideas isn’t going to change anything because more than likely we’re not genuinely thinking it is feasible. We’re approving the defeat that keeps us from continuing and making the everyday decisions that thrusts us towards our dreams. In other words if you have not made any actions towards your goal you have not definitively created a belief.
You can change thought to beliefs with some simple techniques
There are multiple ways to change just thinking a thought to actually believing it and creating a plan of action. A simple procedure I utilize is self-talk. I say the goal I want in vivid detail to the universe multiple times a day with all the intensity I can muster. A second technique is visualization. It’s one thing to just entertain a thought and another to create a live scenario or thought form of your mind of not only what you want to accomplish but how you want to accomplish it. Another technique provided by Napolean Hill is to specifically write out statements of what you desire, the quantity, what you expect to give for it, and to set a definite time frame. If life becomes to overwhelming using a technique like meditation can assist with self-talk, visualization, and write out your desires in a clear concise manner. Doing these simple things can make the difference between failure and success at least in my experience.
Write your goals and desire down to take just thinking to believing
I believe in the power of writing points down. Take a seat and compose your goal. Just what do you need to do to achieve that goal? Make your choices for the day knowing and being confident your desires are possible. If you believed your desires were entirely possible, just what would you be doing differently today to approach them? Do not make the same mistake I made and just think of your desire and contemplate the possibility. Be certain of yourself and your beliefs and watch the magic of life unfold!
