The idea of living your life to the fullest can sometimes seem like an overwhelming, slightly daunting concept, especially if you constantly find yourself being stopped in your tracks by unforeseen circumstances and obstacles. But the simple truth is that all it takes to live your life to the fullest is courage – nothing more or nothing less. This sounds rather simplistic and easy to cope with right? A lack of courage is a major key-factor that tends to prevent most people from living their lives to the fullest because they are stuck in their fears. Overcoming obstacles takes courage, but the more you exercise our courage the more courage you will gain and therefor the more enjoyment you will experience from from life.

Courage is an empowering feeling!

It also takes courage to allow yourself to be your authentic self.  Feeling is an essential part of living life to the fullest. So feel everything. Feel the rays of sun and the drops of rain. Embrace it all; love and pain and success and failure. Enjoy the whole entire crazy ride. Have the courage to hang on as tight as you can during each and every flip and unexpected turn. Throw your hands to the sky and smile while you fly through the smooth straightaways and down the hills.
