Why is Happiness Important?

Happiness is the greatest sensation we could feel as human beings. Some even speculate that is the apex of  our existence here on this earth. Man has constantly strived attain happiness by pursing desire and almost everything we do now as a culture is geared to ensure  we should feel happy as people. Being in a state of joy and happiness places less stress on our bodies and has the potential to give us a better physical living condition. Typically, happier individuals live healthier and even live longer. Some even believe happiness  keeps our world in check and from a state of total turmoil and mass destruction.

Where does happiness come from?

Joy and happiness are originate from a psychological comparison of what we anticipated would certainly take place and exactly what really did take place. So why is that important? For the basic factor that the events in our lives are headed in the appropriate direction , basing on our own values, requirements, or ideas. It’s like a thermostat for determining exactly how well adapted or readjusted we are.
